One Acts
The Whole Shebang

Our little story opens on Marge, who's sitting calmly, humming and wearing a straight jacket. Why? She was put in charge of a One Act Play contest as her high school. It was bad enough to have to deal with loud and obnoxious directors with their quibbling over stage and wardrobe space but when it turns out that two of them are doing the same version of "Hamlet", it's all too much for her to bear. What with everyone wrestling everyone else to the floor or chasing the actors with a battle ax, this is NOT what she thought theater should be. And she WILL get it all straightened out, especially if SHE gets her hands on that battle ax.
